I've been following this story for a while - guess I found it intriguing that Brazil hadn't followed international law in this case for nearly 5 years.

On appeal today, the Chief Justice ruled in favor of the dad for returning the child to his father. Wonder if the Brazilian family will run with him, hide him, or cooperate.
